We produce again the famous Herz Wintersalami, following the founder’s original recipe.
Armin Herz created his salami in 1888 that is still produced today with a rare traditional technology: it is smoked in real smoke of beech logs and matured naturally with no curing agents. It contains carefully selected natural spices, and the white natural mould cover adds to the special look and unmistakeable flavour.

Our other popular Herz item is the hot paprika sausage This dry sausage is a mix of carefully selected cuts of meat, fine quality garlic and the world famous Hungarian hot paprika. The sausage is traditionally smoked and naturally matured for 3 weeks, then tied by hand, just like our grandparents used to make them at home.
